If you have a Lego maniac on your hands and you’re in town for Labor Day, don’t miss BrickFair at Tyson’s Corner this weekend. A huge convention for Lego aficionados from all over the globe, BrickFair has a public portion for families on Saturday and Sunday from 11am-4pm at the Sheraton Premiere in Tyson’s Corner.
A one-day pass for kids 5 and under is free, kids 6-12 are $5 and adults are $10. A portion of all ticket sales goes to Lego’s charity.
Here’s what the kids will get to experience at BrickFair:
- Expo: Walk the 12,000 square feet of original Lego creations
- Vendors: Shop Lego-related items
- Free-Build: Let your littlest one’s imagination run wild and share in a massive pile of Lego bricks
- Technic Challenges: Watch BrickFair attendees compete their Mindstorm creations in various challenges of ingenuity
