Banana Blueberry – This Bethesda mom (and Silver Spring native)’s musings and insights are delightful and insightful.

jodifur – This blogging mom and attorney is wry and wonderful and wickedly funny. She is also the queen of pop culture and has almost talked me out of drinking boxed wine.

Mommy Needs A Cocktail – This writer and mamapreneur (those t-shirts you see me wearing around town? Hers!) seriously needs her own television show. She is a freaking riot!

Monkey Business - Linda is not only the Baby Bunching maven, she has a personal blog all about her monkeys’ business, parenting and writing.

My Life As It Is – Robin reviews books, parenting a son with Aspergers and her life as it is with gorgeous words and energy.

Petroville – Whomever said that beautiful girls cannot be funny too never met Kimberly. I don’t know whether I’d rather have her tiny waist or her way with words.

PunditMom – The BBC has called PunditMom “an empire of one,” and it truly seems impossible that one woman can write for so many amazing sites and provide such astute political commentary.

Surely You Nest – MamaBird is an enviro-mama who is is keeping me up to date on how to parent and live with more eco-consciousness. She also posts great recipes, crafting ideas and parenting tips.

The Mummy Chronicles – This NoVA mom of a toddler with another on the way has a fierce and funny outlook on the world and it shines through in her writing. A must-read.
