Work Out Today, Sunday, for a Great Cause!

I urge you all to come out for The Work Out for Demitry today, Sunday September 28 from 12-3pm. Tights and leotard are optional.The region’s finest instructors in spinning, yoga, pilates, hip hop cardio, interval training and zumba dance will donate their skill and time for an awesome group work out.
