Fall Free Week at Blue Heron Yoga and New Yoga Classes for Moms & Kids at Rock Creek Sports Club

Not only has school started for most of our kids, but we can sign up for new classes too. Blue Heron Wellness in Silver Spring is again allowing us to try before we buy an entire class series through a week’s worth of free class offerings for us and our kids.

Free classes for kids include:
Preschool Yoga for ages 2-4 and their parents, Thursday 9/10 9:30-10:15am
Kids Yoga for ages 4-7, Thursday 9/10 5:15-6pm
Tweens Yoga for ages 8-12, Thursday 9/10 6:15-7pm
Baby and Me Yoga for babies and parents, Friday 9/11 9:30-10:15am
Tween and Me Yoga for kids age 8-12 and parents, Monday 9/14 at 5:15-6pm

And there’s some new yoga classes in town for mamas, babies and kids at Rock Creek Sports Club. Instructor Monica Zoll will be offering this fall:

PreNatal Yoga for expectant mothers on Thursdays 7-8pm
PostNatal Yoga for moms & babies on Fridays 12:30-1:30pm
Kids Yoga for 4-6 year olds on Mondays 4-4:45pm
Kids Yoga for 7-9 year olds on Thursdays 4-4:45pm

All classes begin the week of September 21st and the sessions are for 6 weeks. Adult classes are $108 for the entire 6 week session or $20 per class drop-in. Kid classes are $90 per 6 week session or $15 per class drop-in.
