Everywhere I go I hear great things about the classes offered by PEP – Parenting Encouragement Program, especially from parents in the trenches with me of raising young kids.

Here are some local offerings for parents this fall:

Parenting Preschoolers Class

The class is designed for parents of children ages 2 1/2 to 5.
Nonmembers: $197/person; $352/couple; PEP members: $176/person; $320/couple

Tuesday mornings 9/29-11/17 at 9:30-11:30am at the Grace Episcopal Day School, 9115 Georgia Ave. in Silver Spring

Tuesday evenings 9/22-11/09 7:30 – 9:30 pm at the PEP Office in Kensington (childcare available)

Thursday morning 9/24-11/19 9:45-11:45 am at the PEP Office in Kensington (childcare available)

Parenting Babies & Toddlers Class
This class is for parents of children infant to 2 years.
Nonmembers: $197/person; $352/couple; PEP members: $176/person; $320/couple

Friday mornings 9/25-11/13, 9:30-11:30am at PEP in Kensington (childcare available)
