Allan’s Trees (ATO) is a foundation dedicated to increasing awareness and funding for stillbirth research and was founded in honor of Allan Frederick Lerner who died at 40 weeks 5 days to stillbirth after a perfectly healthy pregnancy.  No reason for his death was ever found.

Stillbirth, the death of an infant in-utero after 30 gestational weeks, is the leading cause of infant death in the U.S., claiming more than 26,000 babies each year. Stillbirth cuts across socio-economic classes, races, religions, body types and maternal age groups.  No woman is immune.  Research on causes and prevention is desperately needed.

All raffle proceeds from the Holiday Art and Craft Fair and at least 20% of all sales will be donated to First Candle in support of stillbirth research and prevention.
