Dance Party, Snowed In Style

We are going cuckoo at our house.  Are you feeling similarly insane?

We’re trying to dance off our cabin fever.

Here are some videos for your viewing pleasure, featuring the dancey talents of Eve and Charlie.

Check out their Snow Lake Ballet.

  1. Too cute!  Thanks for sharing!  My kids (1 and 3) were playing in my kitchen cabinets this afternoon.  The new website looks great!  🙂   Stefanie

  2. My babe is too little to really dance, but I put on my cocktail dress and danced around him.  Dad was still in his PJs, but we got a tango goin’ on.

  3. That’s awesome. Looks like you are having so much fun snowed in. Love the ballet outfit!

  4. OMG!  So cute!  Your kids look like they are having a great time.  I have been impressed with how well my kids are getting along while stuck inside with all this snow.  Props to Charlie for dancing ballet with Eve!  I could tell just where the mirror was.  Here’s a pic of mine making faces in the mirror (can you see me in the background taking the pic?) Note:  This is not my house (I wish it was!).  It is a beach house we rented for Christmas break.

  5. Here’s a video I put together over the weekend as we were climbing the walls…

Can’t wait til we learn ballet like your kiddos!!!

  6. I looove this video!  Especially Lucy dancing to Single Ladies. 🙂

  7. Great pic of the kids…and fab beach house!

  8. Thanks!  Love the kitchen cab secret hideouts…my kids have had the most fun making random use of the house too, no playing with those stinking toys they got for Christmas, no!

  9. The Sandy Spring Family Fun Day is a WONDERFUL event that we’ve been to twice in past years.  I called there this morning and very UNFORTUNATELY, they cancelled today’s event due to the weather.  They plan to reschedule it for May but haven’t decided on a date yet.  My daughter and friends of hers also attended the museum’s Hands-on-History Camp last summer and had a fantastic time doing old-time American crafts such as basket-weaving, weaving on a loom and butter churning.  This place is a local treasure!
