GIVEAWAY: Free Tickets to Sea Monsters 3D at National Geographic DC

Beginning October 6, the National Geographic Museum will show the giant-screen film Sea Monsters 3D in the Grosvenor Auditorium in NW DC every Sunday at 1 and 3 pm.

The film takes audiences on a remarkable journey into the relatively unexplored world of the “other dinosaurs,” those reptiles who lived beneath the water. I know my own elementary school aged-kids will love to cozy up in a theater wearing 3D glasses and learning about swimming dinos. (If anyone is going to be scared? It’s me.)

Tickets are $5 for the film only, and $10 for the film PLUS museum exhibitions (usually a $6-8 fee alone).

The nice people at National Geographic have sent me four film tickets to Sea Monsters 3D to share with you!

Just leave a comment below as to why your family would like to see this film on the big screen in 3D to be entered to win.

For additional entries:

Leave a comment letting me know you followed or subscribed so your name goes in the hat multiple times.

The winner of the family 4-pack of tickets will be randomly-drawn from all forms of entry on Tuesday, October 2nd after my three cuckoo children are in bed.

Disclosure: National Geographic is sending me three tickets so Charlie, Eve and I can check it out. We will let you know what we think! No other compensation received.

My family would like to see the creatures of the deep because it would give new meaning to being “too scared” to go in the ocean.

  8. We need to go. For the simple fact that my son looked over at my computer screen and said, “Hey, what’s a cretoxyrhina doing there?”

    Boy loves his dinos.
