Pajama Glam for Moms and Daughters June 18

Fabulous and fun way to bond with and educate your daughter…and benefit this important breast cancer foundation.

If you have daughter in elementary through high school, sign up to attend the 4th Annual Pajama Glam with them on Saturday, June 18th. At this event women and girls dress in their favorite pajamas and celebrate their fabulosity, while learning about health, wellness and prevention.

Activities including a fashion show, yoga, zumba, dancing, pamper stations, glam stations, delicious food, sweet treat stations, wellness activities, celebrity appearances and much more. Attendees are encouraged to dress in their favorite red, pink or purple pajamas, and bling and sparkle are highly encouraged for their photos on the pink carpet.

Organizer Maimah Karmo, a breast cancer survivor, mom and founder of the Tigerlily Foundation says that each year when the event closes down for the night, all the girls in attendance protest, they are having so much fun!

The event was originated by Maimah’s daughter Noelle Karmo when she was six years old and she saw the work her mother was doing with the breast cancer foundation. Noelle envisioned an event to attract and educate young girls about their breast and body health, while raising awareness for younger women.

This year’s event is hosted by Ashley Boalch Darby — the young and fun cast member of Bravo’s Real Housewives of Potomac, young actress and singer Asia Monet and radio host Tati from WPGC 95.5. All proceeds from the night benefit the Tigerlily Foundation, the national breast cancer foundation providing education, awareness, advocacy and hands-on support to young women (15-40) – before, during and after breast cancer.

Tickets can be purchased online$25 for under 18 years old, $45 for adults
