Safeway Stock Up Sale (and Chance for Free Groceries for a Year!)

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Safeway.

I am at my neighborhood Safeway store at least three times a week. That is more often than I attend church.

My Safeway could only be more conveniently located if it were in my backyard. It is situated next door to the kids’ dance studio and across the street from my dry cleaner and the kids’ tae kwon do program. My family and I know all of the employees by name, and once we saw one of the clerks at Kings Dominion in line for a roller coaster and you would have sworn we ran into Batman in the flesh, they were so excited.

Although I am constantly in that Safeway for one or two item runs, birthday cards, and coffee at the Starbucks located inside, I also go there at least once a week for a big shop. I remember watching movies in the ‘80’s and ‘90’s as a kid when the heroine gets to enjoy a big shopping spree, laden down with multiple shopping bags.

Little did I know that I would have chance to live this fantasy every single week as a mom.

The weekly big shop stocks our fridge and pantry with the essentials we need for three meals a day, most of them prepared and packed by yours truly. My Safeway is my one-stop-shop for everything we need.

Currently Safeway is hosting its big Stock Up Sale 2017, which is providing huge savings on select brands and products that are exactly the items busy families stock up on for making breakfasts, packing lunches and cooking dinner. You can even download your local store’s app for more savings! Our family’s favorite Stock Up Sale pantry items include Cheerios™ and Honey Nut Cheerios™ cereals, Nature Valley™ Granola Bars, Dasani Sparkling Water, Classico pasta sauces, Heinz ketchup and Ritz Crackers.

More of our favorite staples from General Mills, Coca-Cola, Kraft and Nabisco are also part of the Stock Up Sale and purchasing them them early this month not only is a great value, it could also win you free groceries for a year! at a great value.

Safeway is giving away groceries for a year to one lucky winner. Can you fathom getting your weekly haul handed to you for free for an entire year? It sounds like the happily ever after ending of the best ‘80’s comedy ever.
